Brave choice of colors you have there. 
The reddish tone is a bit hard to read on the shade of blue you used, but overally it's a nice set. 
The concept is great, I like the placing and multicolored style of the text.
On the first set there is a bit of mismatch, the icon is not flat, so maybe I'd add a little depth to the blue base too. Just like you had it on your Winner awards designs.
