Resize going wrong

Hello everyone,
Just noticed something that I don't recall experiencing in the past.
If I resize transparent images, the edges will be messy.
 
Resize going wrong Veder Resize going wrong Encil Resize going wrong Encil_3 Resize going wrong Cafe
Resize going wrong TollakResize going wrong Encil_3Resize going wrong Cafe

I assume it's because the images are raster images, not vector images, but in the past I think I could resize without any problem.

Does anyone has a solution for this? Surprised

I tried re-sizing the image on Photoshop, it seems fine.

I must have messed up some settings in Paint Shop Pro then. Resize going wrong 1f631
